RESOLUTION 10245 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING OF A FINAL PLAT REQUEST TO ADJUST THE LOT <br />LINE BETWEEN 8408 EASTWOOD ROAD (PARCEL ID 063023110005) AND 8428 <br />EASTWOOD ROAD (PARCEL ID 063023110008); <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE M12026-0001 <br />WHEREAS, Bradley Jahnke owns 8408 Eastwood Road (Parcel ID 063023110005), and Lazona <br />C Jahnke Trust owns 8428 Eastwood Road (Parcel ID 063023110008), both zoned R-1 (Single Family <br />Residential); and, <br />WHEREAS, Bradley Jahnke has applied to adjust the location of the shared lot line between the <br />two properties; and <br />WHEREAS, the two properties are legally described as: <br />See Exhibit A; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed preliminary and final plat of Jahnke Acres shows the proposed <br />adjustment of the shared lot line between the two properties; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission held a duly noticed public hearing and <br />recommended approval of the proposed preliminary plat; and <br />WHEREAS, city staff have reviewed the request for a final plat, and found the final plat is <br />consistent with the preliminary plat and meets Section 158.026 of city code. The City Planner's report <br />dated 4/16/2026 is hereby incorporated by reference; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council hereby approves of <br />the final plat request to adjust the lot line between 8408 Eastwood Road and 8428 Eastwood Road, as <br />shown on the preliminary plat of Jahnke Acres prepared by EG Rud & Sons, Inc. dated 3/23/2026, with <br />the following conditions and findings of fact: <br />Conditions for Approval <br />The proposed request to adjust the lot line between 8408 Eastwood Road (Parcel ID <br />063023110005) and 8428 Eastwood Road (Parcel ID 063023110008) shall adhere to the final plat <br />of Jahnke Acres prepared by EG Rud & Sons, Inc. dated 3/23/2026. <br />a. The proposed request shall adhere to the conditions of approval of the preliminary plat of <br />Jahnke Acres as listed in Resolution 10245. <br />b. The final plat shall adhere to all requirements of the City Attorney, in accordance with <br />Section 158.026(D) of city code. <br />
