INVESTIGATOR SOLZ 2026 QUARTER 1 INVESTIGATIVE HIGHLIGHTS <br /> • 23 cases investigated <br /> • 15 cleared by arrest <br /> • 2 exceptionally cleared <br /> • 6 awaiting evidence/under investigation <br /> 13 Traffic <br /> 2 Thefts <br /> 2 Criminal Sexual Conduct <br /> 1 Fraud <br /> -Case Highlights- <br /> Domestic Assault/ Sexual Assault <br /> Victim was held against her will by boyfriend and was assaulted. Followed up with victim <br /> and conducted several follow up interviews. Suspect was charged in custody. <br /> Stolen Vehicle recovery <br /> License plate reader hit of stolen vehicle. Located vehicle at Walgreens, conducted <br /> surveillance and coordinated with other marked squads to safely apprehend both <br /> occupants who also shoplifted. <br /> Stolen Vehicle recovery <br /> Stolen vehicle recovered off LPR hit. Followed up with original reporting agency which <br /> led to getting the suspect charged in custody. <br /> Sexual Assault <br /> Victim reported a CSC that occurred 2 years ago. I conducted several follow up <br /> interviews and tracked down relevant evidence. Served a search warrant on suspect <br /> and his apartment which is in Mounds View. Formal charges pending DNA test results. <br /> Sexual Assault <br /> Victim was sexually assaulted by her cousin. Attempted multiple different avenues to <br /> contact the victim and contacted Ramsey County SOS to try and contact the victim. <br /> Case was closed out due to lack of victim cooperation. <br /> Credit Card Fraud <br /> Suspect used stolen credit cards at multiple businesses in Mounds View. Identified <br /> suspect after sending out a crime alert. Suspect is also suspected in several other <br /> Financial Transaction Card Fraud (FTCF) and check frauds across the metro. Charges <br /> pending. <br /> Child Custody Dispute <br /> Mother sent 6-year-old on a plan to Virgina to visit biological father and now the father <br /> to refusing to give back child due to safety concerns with mother. Worked with Anoka <br /> County CPS and tracked down father to set up a plan. No current charges, still under <br /> investigation. <br />
