Fees in lieu of park land dedications, as required in Section 158.060 and 158.061 of the <br /> city code shall be made to the city prior to or upon approval of the final plat of the <br /> proposed subdivision Suite Living of Mounds View. <br /> 3. The applicant and city shall enter into a Development Agreement for the proposed <br /> subdivision. <br /> 4. The final plat of the proposed subdivision Suite Living of Mounds View shall be recorded <br /> within one year of approval of the preliminary plat by City Council. <br /> a. Within ten days of recording, the applicant shall furnish the city with a <br /> reproducible copy of the final plat showing evidence of the recording. <br /> 5. Proposed development on proposed Lot 2 shall adhere to requirements of the <br /> Department of Public Works, per the memorandum dated 4/24/2026. <br /> 6. The applicant shall acquire all other applicable local, County, State, and Federal permits <br /> and approvals for the proposed subdivision and wetland buffer permit. <br /> 7. The applicant shall adhere to applicable local, County, State, and Federal requirements <br /> for the proposed subdivision and wetland buffer permit. <br /> 8.
