Property taxes increased as anticipated with the change in the adopted levy. <br /> Intergovernmental revenues are up compared to the prior year, due to the City receiving additional local <br /> affordable housing aid and revenue from other cities for their share of trail projects completed in the current <br /> year.These increases were slightly offset by a decrease in other sources,largely due to the fees from conduit <br /> debt issued in the previous year, and not in the current year. <br /> -6- <br />
