Motion to support the maintenance of the Greenfield Trail by Wake Wiesner. Bosneag II <br />second. Motion passes 6-0. <br /> <br />B. Lakeside Park (three commissioners needed) – Peterson <br />Staff met with Spring Lake Park to discuss improvements to Lakeside Park. SLP is looking <br />to get the subcommittee back in place, which has three commissioners from each city. <br />Looking for three volunteers from the commission to join subcommittee. Thank you to <br />Bankston, Bosneag II, and Lundberg for volunteering. Thank you to Arel for offering to be <br />the back-up volunteer. <br />10. COMMISSIONER REPORTS <br />Lundberg: Thankful for the volunteers in the community- at the elementary school and with <br />food drives in the city. <br />Bosneag II: agrees with Lundberg. <br />Wake Weisner: thank you to Cindy Palm for her many years on the committee. The community <br />center afterschool program has been great. <br />Arel: GOALS committee: (committee focused on finding meets on Feb. 3rd and March 3rd and <br />will come before the PRFC on March 26th. And on April 23rd will meet with council to submit <br />findings. <br />Former Commissioner Palm will be recognized at upcoming council meeting for all years of <br />service. <br />Mills: Will Mounds View be considering signs in park parking lots limiting the use of the park <br />parking lots.
