This Agreement shall not require either of the parties to <br />purchase, order, or provide Services (or any similar services) to the other on an exclusive <br />basis. This Agreement shall not limit the parties from exploiting additional opportunities <br />for MuniReg to provide additional Services, which upon agreement, will require either: (i) <br />an independent and separate agreement; or (ii) a formal written amendment to this <br />Agreement and the attached Exhibit. <br />[Signatures on following page]
