RESOLUTION NO. 10276 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING A ONE -DAY CHARITABLE GAMBLING PREMISES <br />PERMIT FOR THE MOUNDS VIEW POLICE FOUNDATION TO CONDUCT <br />EXCLUDED BINGO AT THE MOUNDS VIEW COMMUNITY CENTER ON <br />AUGUST 22, 2026, AS PART OF THE MOUNDS VIEW FESTIVAL IN THE PARK <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Police Foundation has requested that the City <br />Council allow them to conduct charitable gambling, specifically Excluded Bingo, for one <br />day on August 22, 2026, as part of the Mounds View Festival in the Park; and <br />WHEREAS, the Gambling Control Board requires that the local unit of government <br />approve or deny requests to conduct charitable gambling; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Police Foundation complies with Mounds View <br />Municipal Code regarding charitable gambling regulations; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of Mounds View to assist with the Festival <br />by approving this request. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve the Mounds View Police Foundation's request to conduct Excluded Bingo <br />at the Mounds View Festival in the Park on August 22, 2026, at the Mounds View <br />Community Center, 5394 Edgewood Drive. <br />Adopted on this 27th day of July, 2026. <br />ch Lindstrom, M <br />ATTEST: <br />Nyle,-ikmAid, City Administrator <br />(SEAL) <br />The Mounds View Vision <br />A Thriving Desirable Community <br />
