RESOLUTION 10280 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVAL OF A PROFESSIONAL PREFERRED ALCOHOL VENDOR SERVICE <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE MOUNDS VIEW COMMUNITY CENTER <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View sought proposals to enter into an agreement with a <br />maximum of three (3) preferred liquor catering providers to provide service at Mounds View <br />Community Center; and <br />WHEREAS, the intent is to select providers to supply alcohol and/or non-alcoholic <br />beverages for banquets, special events, meetings and other functions conducted at the Mounds <br />View Community Center; and <br />WHEREAS, the licensed alcohol provider(s) will then provide insurance, bartenders, and <br />full -service bar.; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff received proposals from Big Ten Catering, Route 65 Pub & Grub and <br />Acapulco Restaurante Mexicano; and <br />WHEREAS, the term of the agreement will be for a period of 24 months (2 years) for a <br />term of September 1, 2026, through September 1, 2028, with two additional one-year extensions <br />if individually agreed to by both parties. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. The City Council of the City of Mounds View approves the preferred alcohol catering <br />vendors for the Mounds View Event Center and to enter into a professional agreement <br />with Big Ten Catering, Route 65 Pub & Grub, and Acapulco Restaurante Mexicano. <br />2. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to execute all <br />appropriate documents to effectuate the actions contemplated by this resolution. <br />3.
