RESOLUTION NO. 10286 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AUTHORIZING SEPARATION COMPENSATION FOR POLICE OFFICER <br />TERRAN PANTELIS <br />WHEREAS, Police Officer Terran Pantelis has resigned from the City of Mounds View <br />effective August 10, 2026; and <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with Article 23 of the Labor Agreement between the City of <br />Mounds View and the Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc. (LELS) Local No. 204, employees <br />leaving the City in good standing will contribute their eligible vacation and compensatory hours <br />to the Retirement Health Savings Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, Officer Pantelis' balance of accrued and unused vacation is estimated at <br />18.48 hours and compensation balance is 0.00 hours; and <br />WHEREAS, Officer Pantelis did not accrue two (2) years of service with the City of <br />Mounds View, waving the ability to receive sick hours; and <br />WHEREAS, the rate of pay for Officer Pantelis upon resignation was $38.24 per hour. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council approves <br />separation compensation to Police Officer Pantelis consistent with the Labor Agreement <br />between the City of Mounds View and the Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc.
