STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF 1999 ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT COMMISSIONERS
It is hereby resolved by the Board of Commissioners (the "Board") ofthe Mounds View
Economic Development Authority (thc "Authority") as follows
WHEREAS. members of the Economic Devclopment Authority act as representatives to
the Economic Development Commission; and
WHEREAS. the follovving mcmbers of the EDA have been named to act as
representatives to the Economic Development Commission for thc period of January 1. 1999 to
June 30, 1999:

Adopted by the Board of Commissioners of the Mounds View Economic Development
