RESOLUTION NO. 01-EDA-141
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPOINTING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY VICE
PRESIDENT AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION MEMBERS
WHEREAS, members of the Economic Development Authority act as representatives to
City Commissions and other organizations; and
WHEREAS, the following representatives of the Economic Development Authority have
been named to act in the following capacity for the year 2001 :
Economic Development Authority Vice President Roger Stigney; and
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View is dependent upon and appreciative of citizen input
through its boards and commissions, and
WHEREAS, the following individuals have submitted requests to serve on the EDC:
Stan McDonald (exp 2003)
Sean Walther (exp 2003)
Torri Johnson (exp 2003)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Economic Development Authority of the
City of Mounds View that the aforementioned appointments are hereby approved.
