RESOLUTION APPROVl~Ci TilE APPOIi\TMENT OF TIlE 2001 ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION ELECTED CIlAIRPERSOl\'
WHEREAS, the Municipal Code Chapter 408.07,
Subdivision 1 entitled Economic Development Commission, Orqanization states
that "at the first regular meeting of the year, the Commission shall appoint a
chairperson from among its voting members and that this appointment shall be
subject to Authority approval and shall consist of a one year term"; and
WHEREAS, through a unanimous vote of the Economic
Development Commission members on January 26th, 2001 Tom Field was re-
elected chairperson of the Economic Development Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Economic
Development Authority of the City of Mounds View hereby approves the
appointment of Tom Field as Chairperson of the Economic Development
Commission.
Adopted this 1 ih day of February, 2001.
