RESOLUTION NO. 02-EDA-162
MOUNDS VIEW ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REAPPOINTMENT OF RESIDENT
REPRESENTATIVE TOM FIELD TO SERVE A THREE-YEAR TERM ON
THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Economic Development Commission (EDC)
consists of seven members appointed by the Authority President with the approval of the
majority of the Authority; and,
WHEREAS, the membership of the EDC is made up of four resident
representatives and three business representatives; and,
WHEREAS, the Authority originally approved the appointment of resident
representative Tom Field to serve on the EDC, on October 13, 1997; and,
WHEREAS, Tom Field's last term on the EDC expired December 31,2001; and,
WHEREAS. Mr. Field has indicated a desire to serve another term on the EDC
and has submitted his application for the Authority's consideration.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Economic
Development Authority does hereby approve the reappointment of resident
representative Tom Field to serve a three-year term on the Economic Development
Commission with said term to expire on December 31, 2004.
