EDA RESOLUTION NO. 04-EDA-193
MOUNDS VIEW ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING STAFF TO ARRANGE FOR A WETLAND
DELINEATION OF THE BRIDGES GOLF COURSE
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Economic Development Authority (the "Authority")
has directed staff to explore all potential options relating to the Bridges of Mounds View
Golf Course (the "Bridges"); and
WHEREAS, the Authority has become aware of interest in the Bridges for a
potential corporate office campus redevelopment; and
WHEREAS, to effectively determine and assess the future redevelopment potential,
the Authority recognizes the need to undertake a current and accurate delineation of the
wetlands on the Bridges site; and
WHEREAS, staff has received five proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a
wetland delineation in accordance with all regulatory guidelines and standards; and
WHEREAS, the consulting firm Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc. (SEH, Inc.) submitted
the lowest cost proposal to conduct a wetland delineation of the Bridges site.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Mounds View Economic
Development Authority hereby authorizes the consulting firm of SEH, Inc. to conduct a
wetland delineation of the Bridges Golf Course site in accordance with their proposal dated
August 18, 2004, at a cost not to exceed $2,000.
