The ~ouncil of the City of Mounds View does hereby
orddin:
SECTION 1. Chapter 100.01, entitled MDefinition~"r
is ~mended by adding a ~ew Sub~ivision 3 ~nd Subdivision 4
whicll shall read as follows:
Subdivision 3. Cabaret. A cabaret, as the term is used
herein, shall mean a restaurant, night club or ether place
of amusement where dancing is permitted incidentally, ,but .

facilities for a charge.
