AN ORDINANCE A~mNDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF.
MOUNDS VIEW BY AMENDING CHAPTER 91 ENTITLED

. Chapter 91.01, Subdivision 13, Confinement of' Dogs,
paragraph (4) is amended as follows:

(4) Council, upon the receipt of an application and
the payment lof a $ 30.00 application fee, and mailed notice .
to the property owners and residents adjacent to the residence .
of the applicant, shall conduct a hearing to consider the
granting of a trained dog permit to allow the owner to work
his trained dog or dogs without a leash, while said dog or
dogs are under the voice command of said owner, if it is
shown that said dog or dogs are trained to respond to
commands due to training.. Said training shall be established .'.
by a sworn aff.idav.Lt of the owner nnd by a field examination .:.
