AN OHOINANCE M1ENOING CHAPTER 40.03 ENTI'l'LED ZONING,
C;EN~RAL PROVISIONS, OF THE ~1UNTClI'M.. CODE OF r-lOUNDS
VIEW
The Counc i 1 of Hounds View does hereby ordain' that Chapter,
40.03, Subdivision 4, Acces~ory Buildings in Residential, '
9'" Districts, paragraph (4) is amended to read 'as follows:

Accessory buildinqs other than a garaqe shall
require a special permit as provided ~or in this
Chapter, except buildings less than 216 square feet
used for the storage of buildings and lawn main-
tenance equipment. No accessory building or garage

'yard and in no case shall it exceed 864 squ~re feet
in ared. A detdched qarage may be constructed in
the side yard but it may not bo lqcat2d nearer
