Pursuant to 'Unnesota Statutes 1974 Cha~tE:r l69.aO
throur~:1 169.88 the D.Lrector of: Public t"ork~ shall establish
appropriate seasonal load restrictions for municipal streets
and shall cause notice of such restrictions to be posted as .
required. Such restrictions shall be ~or the purpose of
minimizing damage to municipal strects durin~ thc annual
spring thaw.
