The Council of the City of Mounds View hereby ordains:
32.02 .Composition. Such Planning and Zoning Commission
shall consist of seven members wt~o shall be appointed dsfo11ows:

(1) Seveh members feom the residence population of Mounds
View, other than persons elected to a public body, to be appointed
by the Mayor with the approval of the Council. The appointees
shall have terms as follows: two for one year, flLaL ter~
"expiring December 31, 1959; two for two years, first term
expiring December 31, 1960; three for three yea:";; , first term

each year at the first regular meeting of the Co~nci1in:Jantiary.
