CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
CHANGING FRmi SEMI-MON'fHLY TO BIVlEEKLY PAYROLL
BASIS BY .h.MEND ING THE r-mNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS
VIEW BY REVISING CHAPTER 6.32 "PERSONNEL, PAY DAY"
The CounLil of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain:
SECTION T. Chapter 6.32 Subdivision 2 is amended to read as
follows:
Subdivision 2, Pay Periods. The PQY period for all employees
shall be fourteen calendar days. Each pay period shall commence at
12:01 AM on a Saturnay and ~nd at 11:59 PM on a Friday, fourteen
uays later. pay day shall be the Friday fOllowing the end of the
pay period. When a pay day falls on a legal holiday employees
shall be paid on the preceding work day.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall t~ke effect from and after the
date of its publication.
