Closing Hours. Every on-sale licensee'shall be
responsiblo for the removal of all persons, who
are not employoes of said licensee, frOT;\ the _
licensed premises wi thin thirty minutes after the ..'
sale of intoxicating liquors is prohibited by law;
except, those premises that nre also licen~od as
res~aurants under Chapter 111 of this Code or
licensed as b0171ing alleys under Chapter 115 of
this Code, and that said restaurants or bm.'ling
alleys are open and operating subsequent to the
prohibition referred to herein, in which case
persons may remain on said premises. In no event
may intoxicating or non-intoxicating liquor be
served or consumed on any licensed premises con-
trary to law.

premises licensed for on-sale intoxicating liquors
nursuant to this Chaoter thirtv minutes after the
sale of intoxicating'liquors is prohibited by law,
unless said person is the licensee or an employee
of the licensee and is engaged in his business or
occupation relative to the licensed activity.
