CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEW BY
AMENDING CHAPTER 40.06, "ZONING,. AREA AND
BUILDING SIZE REGULATIONS"
Th~counciloft.the City of Mounds View does hereby crdain:
SECTION 1. Chapter 40. 06 Subdivision B Lot Areas shai1 "bl:: .
amended by adding the following paragraph (3):
(3) Minor Subdivisions. The City Council may authorize
the creation of a lot that does not fully conf0rm to
the width requirements speci[i~d in {l) above under
the following conditions:
a) the lot must be an interior lot and zoned R-l
Single Family District;
b) the frontage of the lots created shall not be 1es~
than 75 feet;
c) the minimum square feet area requirements in (2)
above shall be provided;
el) ill1 existing structures and any proposed structures
shall meet all yard requirements under Chapter 40.05.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect from and after
'the date of its publication.
