COUNTY OF RAMSEY

AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF' MOU'NDSVIEW::'BY:"":'~'~:'
REVISING CHAPTER 25 "STORM DRAINAGE MArlAGEMENT:
FUND"
Th~ Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain:
SECTION I. Chapter 25.05 ~ompu~~tion of Required SDM Charge
Subdivision 3 Other developments shall be amended by adding the
following paragraph:
d. The SDM Charge shall be zero whenever a
building permit is issued for the addition,
alteration; or improvement to an existing
single family resicential structure or a
lot which has an existing single family
residential structure in an R-1 zan~d
district.
SECTION II. This ordinan~e shall take effect from and after
the date of its publica~ion.
