AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEW
BY ADDING CHAPTER 4.03 ItELECTIONS, AOSENTEE
BALLOT PRECINCT"

SECTION I. Chapter 4 Elections shall be amended by adding
the followin9 section:
4.03 Absentee Ballot Precinct. As authoriz~d
by Minnesota Statutes Revised 1976
Section 207.30, an absentee ballot
precinct is hereby established at'city
hall, the purpose of which is to '
receive, transfer and count citywide
absentee ballots.
