CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RN~SEY
. STATE OF MINNESOTA'
AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOTlNDS VIEW
BY AMENDING CI~PTER 40.07 ItZONING, OFF-STREET
PARKING REQUIREMENTS"
SECTION I. Chapter 40.07 shall be amended by revising
Subdivision 0(8) Stall, Aisle and Driveway Design,
paragraph Itflt to read:
f. No curb cut access shall exceed twenty-two (22)
feet in width for residential uses. A thirty (30)
foot wide curb cut shall be permissible for commer-
cial and in~ustrial uses.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effe.:t from
and after the dates of its publication.
