SECTlON I, Sedion 40.07 OFf-STREET PARKING REgUIRE:-1ENT~ ~h311 ,}C
amended b}' revising Subdivision D(8)f. to rello as follows:
f~ No curb cut a~~csS shall cxcct'll twenty-two (22) feet
in width for R-I residential uses. ^ thirty (30) foot
wide curb cut shall be permissible for medium density
residcntial IH-2 I; R-3) uses. subject to requirements
of 40.07 SubJ. l!(H)j. ~omnlerciall1ses (13..1 through 13-4)
and inoustrialuscs (1-1 and 1-2).
SECTION II. Section 40.07 SubJ. 11(8) shall also be amended by adding
the following paragraph j:

j. ~ach property shall he allowed one (I) curb cut access
for each one hundred twenty-five (125) feet of street
frontag(~. All propert)' shall ~c C!\t i t.led to at least
one (1) curb cut. Single family u~t::5 shall be limited
to one (1) curb cut access per property unless upon
application for a variance of this restriction the
Board of Adjustment and Appeals finds that it is in
the interest of public safety to waive such. Medium
density residential (2 to 6 units) may have two
curb cuts, provided that each individu~l cut does
