AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEl'/
BY AHENDING CHAPTEH 40, "7.0NING"

The Counci 1 of the City 0 f r10uncls View does hereby
ordain:
SECTION, I. Section AO.OS YARD REQUIREMENTS shall b~
amended by revising Subdivision C(a) to r~~~ as follo~s:'

a. Where adjacent structures within the same
block have front yard setbacks different
from those required, the front yard setback
