The Council of: the. City ,of. Mounds Vi6w,d~es::hereby
ordain:
SECTION!. Sectioh 40.05 shall be amended by revising~
subdivi~~on C(b) to read as follows: ' .
b. Not less tr.an 30 feet from lot line if lot is
on corner, and on interior lot lines a 5 foot
setback on the garage sj~e for the garage
structure and the driveway surface is allowed.
This ordinance shall t~ke effect 30 d~ys after the
