S7ATE OF MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE APPLICABILITY OF
ORDINANCE NO. ](}J AS AJ'o1ENDED BY
ORDiNANCE NO. 305
The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain:
1.01 Authority. Pursuant to M.S. 462.355, Subdivisic~ 4, the
Ci ty has a'lthori r:.y to extend the pro'! isions of Mounds' View
Ordinance No. 301 as amended by Mou~ds View Ordinance No~ 305
for additional periods.

1.;02 Purpose. The City deems it necessary to extend Euch ordinance
for an additional 12 month period from the effective date of
OrdindIlcE: No. 301, tLc.: 19th day of r.1arch. 1982, because the
City is conducting studies for the purpose of considering
adoption and/or amending its comprehensive plan or official
controls as defined in M.S. 462.35:!, Subd,ivision 16.
