SECTION I.
SECTION II.
Chapter 101.03, Applications for License, is
amended as follows:
Subdivision 1. Every aDol ication for a license 0-
to sell beer shall be m~de on a form suppl.ied by
the Municipality and shall state the nat:ne' -of the.
applicant, his age, representations asto"his
character with such references as may be required,
his citizenship, whether the application is for':
"on-sale" or "off-sale", the busines.in ~onnec~i6n,
with which the proposed licensewi'lloper-ate'-a,no'its'
location, whether applicant is-owner and,operator ,~-'
ot the business, how long he has been in that "
business at that place, and such other information
as the Cr.u~cil may require from time to time.
It shall be unlawful to make any ~alse statement'
in an applic;tion. Applications shall be filed
with the Clerk-Administrator.
Chapter lOl.03, shall be amended by adding ,the

insurance policy or pool providing coverage

Tnjury to two or more persons in any one
occur:=ence, and in the amount of $10,000
because of injury to ordestruct~on of
property of others in any one occurrence.

licensee has deposited with him $100,000 in
cash or securities which may legally be "
