SECTION III.
32.09 Va~cies. (cont.)
Subdivision 2. Termination at Appointment. Any
Commission m~mber desiring to terminate his/her
appointment to the Commission before the expira~
tion of the term, ~hall give wri~ten notification
to the Planning Commission Chairman of his/her
intention.
SECTION IV.
This Ordinanc~ shall take effect thirty (3D) days
after th~ d~te of ,its publication.
