OF THE MOUNDS VIEW MUNICIPAL CODE
ENTITLED, "WETLAND ZONING ORDINANCE".:",

The City Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain:
SECTION I~ 'The wetland Zoning District Map as established in , "
48.25, Subdivision 1 of the Municipal Code, is hereby amended by ,
redelineating the wetland boundary for Wetland I.D. No. 1-9 as per
the attached exhibit.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take ~ffect thirty days afte~ the
'date of its publication. ,
