AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MU~ICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEW
BY AMENDING CHAPTER 41 ~NTITLED, "SPECIFIC REZONINGS.
The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain:

SECTION I. 41.10 Pursuant to Chapter 40.23, theoffic1al Mounda ~.
View zoning map is hereby amended to' reflect the fol-;'
lowing rezonings;
Subdivision I. The south lOG feet of the north 233
feet of Lot 56, Auditor's Subdivision No. 89, Ramsey
County, Minnesota, except the west ~16~~0 feet is
hereby rezoned from R-l to R-2.

Subdivision II. The north 133 feet of Lot 56, Audi-
tor's Subdivision No. 89, Ramsey County, Minnesota,
except th~ west 2!6.60 feet is hereby rezoned from
R-l to R-3.
