CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 48 OF THE MOU~DS VIEW
MUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED, "WETLAND ZONING ORDINANCE"
The City Council ,of th~ City of Mounds View does hereby
ordain:
SECTION I. The wetland zoning distrlct map as established
in 48.15, S~bdivlslon I of the Mu~icipal C~de. 13 hereby amended
by redelineating the wetlan~ hound~ry tor wetland 1.0. ~o. 1-23
a~ per the attached exhlbir.
SECTION I~. This ordinance shall take effect thirty days
after the date of its publication.
