AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF HOUNDS VIEW ~y
REPEALING CHAPTER 40 ENTITLED, "ZONING" AND CHAPTER 43 ENTTTLED,
"MOBILE HOMES" AND ADOPTING A NEW CHAPTER 40 ENTITLED, "ZONING"
SECTION '1. 'Chapter. 40 entitled, "zonin'Jlt is hereby
repealca.
SECTION II. Chapter 43 entitled, "~obile Homes" is hereby
repealed.
SECTION III. The new Chapter 40, entitled, "zoning", a copy
of which is attached, i.s her.eby adoptei1.
S~CTION IV. This ordinance shall t~ke eftect thirty day~
after :the 0ate of its publication.
