CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE RENEWING ORDINANCE NO. 390 PROHIBITING
DEVELOPMENT OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES ON AN INTERIM BASIS
The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain:
SECTION I. Ordinance No. 390 Prohibiting Development
of certain properties on an interim basis adopted by
the City Council of the City of Mounds View on
May 28, 1985 having an effective date of July 5,
1985 is hereby renewed.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in force for
eighteen (18) months from its effective date, unless
repealed.

SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days after the date of its publication.
Read by the City Council of the City of Mounds View this
10th day of February, 1986.
