ORDINANCE NO. 416
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEW BY AMENDING
CHAPTER 40 ENTITLED, "ZONING"
The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby
ordain:
SECTION I. The following shall be added to Chapter
40.03, Non-Conforming Buildings, Structures and Uses,
Subdivision G:
(1) Non-conforming driveways may be reconstructed or
repaired to the existing size and shape if one of
the following criteria is satisfied:
a. A building permit was granted by the City
allowing the non-conforming driveway to be
constructed.
b. If the abutting property owners that are
directly affected by the non-conforming
driveway sign a petition stating "we are
aware that the abutting driveway is
non-conforming to existing City Code
requirements and we have no objection to the
-driveway being reconstructed or repaired to
its existing size and shape".
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days after the date of its publication.
