CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEW BY
AMENDING CHAPTER 41 ENTITLED, "SPECIFIC REZONINGS"
The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain:
41.23 Pursuant to Chapter 40.23, the Official Mounds View
Zoning Map is hereby amended to reflect the following rezoning:
The following property shall be rezoned from R-l to R-3:
AUDITORIS SUBDIVISION NO. 89
EX W 50 FT AND EX PART SWLY OF
L PAR WITH AND 150 FT NELY
FROM CL OF STH 10/62 LOT 31
This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after the
date of its publication.
Read by the Council of the City of Mounds View on this 23
day of March ,1987.
Read and passed by the City Council of the City of Mounds
View this 13 day of April, 1987. \
