ORDINANCE NO. 419
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE VACATING 66 FOOT ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY, BLOCK 2,
JIM LUND SECOND ADDITION
The Council of the City of Mounds View hereby ordains:
Section I.
The 66 foot wide road right-of-way in Block 2,
Jim Lund Second Addition shall be vacated.
Section II.
This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days from and after the date of its publica-
tion.
Read by the City Council of the City of Mounds View
this 22nd day of June, 1987.
Read and passed by the City Council of the City of
Mounds View this 13th day of July, 1987.
