ORDINANCE NO. 426
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEW
BY AMENDING CHAPTER 46 ENTITLED, "STREET NAMES"
The City Council of the City of Mounds View does
hereby ordain:
SECTION I. Chapter 46 is hereby amended by
adding the following,
46.06 Lake Court Circle. That certain street
located within Mounds View extending northerlY.of Lake Court
Drive and ending in a cul-de-sac, now known as Lake Court
Drive, shall hereinafter be known as Lake Court Circle.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
days from the date of its publication.
Read by the Council of the City of Mounds View on
this 14th of September, 1987.
Read and passed by the City Council of the City of
Mounds View this 28 day of September, 1987.
