ORDINANCE NO. 427
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 97
The City Council of the City of Mounds View does
hereby ordain:
SECTION I. Ordinance No. 97 enti tIed, "Public
Improvement Revolving Fund" is hereby repealed.
SECTION II. All monies presently in the Public
Improvement Revolving Fund be transferred to the General
Fund.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after the date of its publication.
Read by the Council of the City of Mounds View on
this 24th day of August, 1987.
Read and passed by the City Council of the City of
Mounds View this 14th day of September, 1987.
