ORDINANCE NO. 527
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
An ordinance amending Chapter 2.09 of the Municipal Code of the City of Mounds
View entitled "Compensation of Mayor and Council".
The City Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain:
SECTION I.
Chapter 2.09, Subd. 1, Mayor's Compensation, is amended as
follows:
Subdivision 1. Mayor's Compensation. The salary of the Mayor
is fixed at $3,600.00 $5,100.00 per year.
SECTION II.
Chapter 2.09, Subd. 2, Councilmember's Compensation, is
amended as follows:
Subdivision 2. Councilmember's Compensation. The salary of
Councilmembers is fixed at $3,300.00 $4,500.00 per year.
SECTION III.
Ordinance No. 450, an Ordinance fixing the salaries of the Mayor
and Councilmembers, is repealed.
SECTION, IV.
EFFECTIVE DATE
The effective date of this ordinance is thirty (30) days from and
after its date of publication.
Read by the City Council of the City of Mounds View on the 12th day of July, 1993.
Read and passed by the City Council of the City of Mounds View this 26th day of
July, 1993.
