AN ORDINANCE AMENDlliG THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOlJNDS VIEW BY
AMENDlliG APPENDIX A ENTITIED "SPECIFIC REZONINGS"
'!he Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain:
SECrION I. Pursuant to Chapter 1125, the official Mounds view zoning Map
is hereby amended to reflect the following rezoning:
'!he property legally described below shall be rezoned from B-2, Limited
Business to IUD, Planned unit Development:
lDt 1, Bloc:k 9 Silver lake Woods
SECrION II. '!his Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after its
publication.
