AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL roDE OF MOUNDS VIEW BY
AMENDING APPENDIX A ENTITlED "SPECIFIC REZONINGS"
The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain:
SEcrION I. Pursuant to Chapter 1125, the official Mounds View Zoning Map
is hereby amended to reflect the following rezoning:
The property legally described below shall be rezoned from B-3, Highway
Business to RID, Planned unit Development:
lot 1, Block 1 Mounds View Business Park East Building M Addition
SEcrION II. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after its
publication.
