CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEW BY
AMENDING APPENDIX A ENTITLED "SPECIFIC REZONINGS"
The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain:
SECTION I. Pursuant to Chapter 1125, the official Mounds View Zoning Map is
hereby amended to reflect the following rezoning:
The property legally described below shall be rezoned from R-4, High Density
Residential to PUD, Planned Unit Development:
Auditor's Subdivision No. 89, St. Paul, Minnesota, Subject to State Trunk
Highway 10/62 over the Northeasterly 25 feet, Lot 52
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after its publication.
