CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
BYLAWS ARTICLE IV, SECTION 4.2, ENTITLED "REGULAR MEETINGS"
The City Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain:
SECTION I.
ARTICLE IV, Section 4.2 is amended as follows:
'The Board shall hold meeting at suoh time as the Beard finds necessary regular
meetings on the 2nd Monday of each month immediately following the regular
scheduled City Council meetings. The Board shall discuss EDA business in conjunction
with the regular City Council work session which is scheduled for the 1 st Monday of
each month at 7:00 p.m. ,A.II meeting notioes shall be posted in the prinoipal office of
the Authority.
SECTION II.

This ordinance shall take effect thirty day after the date of its
