CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF
MOUNDS VIEW BY AMENDING CHAPTER 907.14 ENTITLED,
"SEWER USE RATES AND BILLING"
The City Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain:
SECTION I. CHAPTER 907.14, Sudb. 1, Entitled "Rates Established" is amended as
follows:
Rates and charges for the use and service of the sanitary sewer system
shall be established by r-eselutioo ordinance of the Council.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect thirty days after the date of its publication,
and be retroactive to April 1, 1996.
SECTION III. Introduced and read by the City Council ofthe City of Mounds View on
April 22, 1996.
Read and passed by the City Council of the City of Mounds View this..ti day of May,
