AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO
AUTOMATIC FIRE SUPPRESSION AND
AMENDING TITLE 1001, SECTION 1001.01,
SUBD. 1 OF THE MOUNDS VIEW
MUNICIPAL CODE
THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. TITLE 1001, ENTITLED
"BUILDING CODE" shall be amended to
amend Section 1001.01, Subd. 1 of the
Mounds View Municipal Code is worded to
read:
Subd. 1. Minnesota State Building Code
Adopted: There is hereby adopted by, ~

the purpose of providing uniform building
standards to safeguard life or limb, health,.
property and public welfare by regulating and
