AJ.~ ORDINAJ.'iCE Ai.'rIENDING TITLE 1200, CHAPTER 1204
OF THE MOUNDS VIEW MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO PARK DEDICATION FEES.
THE CITY OF MOu"NDS VIEW ORDAINS:
Section 1. Section 1204.02, subd. 4 of the Mounds View Municipal Code is amended to
Subd.
4. Dedication for ReSidential Lands: The subdivider of any tract of land 'which
is to be developed for residential uses shall dedicate to the public for public use
as parks, playgrounds. public open space or storm water holding areas or ponds,
that dollar value of the tract to be subdivided., which corresponds vvith the
applicable density size of the subdivision in the following schedule:

subdivision or.. at the option of the Municipality, an equivalent of cash equal to
ten cent 10% of the 1ll4rket value of the land at e' e of the subdivision.
