THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 319, Article II., Section 4, Franchise Term, is herebv - .. amended to read: Section 4. Franchise Term This Franchise shall commence upon the effective date of the regular certificate of confirmation issued by the Board and shall expire on January 19, 1998. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective upon passage and official publication.
